L&L Products welcomes Nicolas Rolet to Czech Republic operations as its new Plant Manager.
Mr. Rolet came to L&L Products with 19 years of experience in the automotive industry serving several roles at an interiors company in both Czech Republic and Romania.
Mr. Rolet held a plant manager position for the past several years along with serving as launch senior manager, production manager and manufacturing engineering manager. Some of Mr. Rolet’s most notable achievements include: managing the operational integration of a plant post acquisition, and contributing to his plant winning the Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) competition.
“I see L&L as a very innovative company that relies on the autonomy of its employees. I hope to combine my experience with the experience of the L&L team and lead the development of the Czech Republic site,” said Rolet.
Mr. Rolet holds an Engineer Diploma ISAT from France Graduate School of Mechanical Engineering in Transport along with DEA (post-graduate qualification for PhD) of “Material, Structures and Reliability”.
Outside of work, Mr. Rolet enjoys running/hiking, ballroom dancing, woodcraft, and reading books.
