Nissan North America has awarded L&L Products the Regional Supplier Quality Master Award for the second consecutive year. L&L Products team members received the award at a ceremony held at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, Tennessee. Nissan North America is headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee; approximately 20 miles outside of Nashville.
Each year, Nissan North America recognizes top production suppliers based on quality evaluations from Nissan Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Quality, Production Control, and Purchasing divisions. For this award, suppliers were rated on performance of parts per million defect rate, warranty, counter measure lead-time, recalls, and responsiveness from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021.
The L&L Products team members present at the ceremony to receive the award included Joe Surowiec, Account Manager and Crystal Watson, Quality Manager.
