Composite Body Solutions™ (CBS™) enable lightweight body structures without compromising overall performance of the application. CBS™ combines a highly engineered structural adhesive material (also known as structural foam) that is heat-activated and expandable with a carrier (thermoplastic, composite or metal). We thereby create a tailor-made reinforcement solution that strengthens specific areas of a structure.

CBS™ technology often reduces the complexity of an application, enabling our customers to save weight and costs due to less stamping dies for metallic parts. In addition to reducing solution cost and weight, CBS™ provides increased stiffness and safety.

L&L의 Composite Panel Stiffener는 유리섬유 보강재에 포함된 발포 구조용 접착제로 구성되어 있으며, 차체 도장 공정 전에 차체 공장에 적용됩니다. Composite Panel Stiffener는 피착재에 대한 뛰어난 접착력과 유연성을 제공하여 굴곡이 있는 형상에도 견고하게 접착할 수 있습니다. 일단 활성화되면 발포에 의한 관성 모멘트 증가로 인해 고성능 보강이 형성됩니다.

내부 패널의 가장자리를 마감하는 작업은 일반적으로 시간과 노동력이 많이 드는 공정입니다. 우리의 FST 발포형 접착제 시리즈는 벌집 모양의 내부 패널 가장자리를 빠르고 쉽게 다듬을 수 있어 이 문제를 해결합니다.

121°C (250°F) ~ 261°C (350°F) 범위에서 경화하면 FST 발포 접착제는 원래 부피의 100~500%까지 팽창할 수 있습니다. 이러한 성능 덕분에 빈 공간을 채우고 최적의 맞춤 및 코팅 사양에 맞게 마감하는 것이 가능합니다.

경화 후 밀도는 완성된 패널에 균일한 재료 사양을 제공하며 고객의 까다로운 맞춤 및 마감 요구 사항을 충족하기 위해 톱 절단, 레이저 절단, 밀링, 샌딩 또는 선반 가공이 가능합니다. 모든 FST 발포형 접착제는 구조물에 적용하여 국소부위의 보강재를 제공할 수도 있습니다.

L&L의 허니콤 패널 보강재는 불필요한 무게를 추가하지 않고도 고객사가 원하는 부위에 허니콤 코어를 쉽게 보강할 수 있도록 개발된 경량 에폭시 기반 소재입니다.

매뉴얼 또는 기계식 펌프 설비에도 사용할 수 있습니다. 허니콤 패널 보강재는 별도로 혼합하거나 계량할 필요가 없는 형태로 공급되므로 더 쉽고 빠르게 사용할 수 있습니다.

L&L Products는 최근 에폭시 기반의 syntactic FST 항공기 내부 에지 및 코어 필러 컴파운드인 L-9060을 사용하여 항공우주 샌드위치 패널을 채우고 보강하는 제품을 출시했습니다. L-9060은 허니콤 패널 구조를 국소부위를 효과적으로 보강할 뿐만 아니라 수작업 공정으로 인한 문제도 해결합니다.
