L&L의 어쿠스틱 솔루션은 고객의 특정 요구 사항을 충족하도록 맞춤화되어 있습니다. 가장 복잡한 빈공간(Cavity)을 씰링하든, 진동을 최소화하든, 가벼운 단열재를 제공하든, 모두 어쿠스틱 성능을 향상시키는 하나의 공통된 목적을 가지고 있습니다. 광범위한 시뮬레이션 기능을 통해 L&L의 어쿠스틱 솔루션이 구성 요소에 미칠 영향을 사전에 예측할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 디자이너는 더 정숙한 제품을 만들 수 있습니다.
About
차체 캐비티를 주요 위치에 확실하게 씰링하면 전반적인 어쿠스틱 성능이 향상되고, 더 조용하고 쾌적한 객실 환경이 됩니다. Acoustic Sealant는 차량 내부로 유입되는 외부 소음의 양을 최소화하도록 설계된 다양한 수준의 체적 팽창, 밀도 및 셀 구조로 설계되어 있습니다. 일반적으로 실런트는 금속 또는 열가소성 플라스틱과 같은 다양한 차단재와 결합되어 소음차단 특성을 향상시킵니다. 부품은 사출 성형으로 만들어 3차원 형상, 프로파일 압출 또는 다이 커팅으로 가공할 수 있습니다.
L&L의 Acoustic 제품은 일반적으로 e-coat 공정 전의 차체공정에서 설치됩니다. e-coating이 차체 구조에 적용된 후 열에 의해 활성화되는 실런트는 e-coat 사이클 동안 팽창하여 캐비티 전체가 완전하고 안정적이며 내구성 있게 씰링됩니다.
