FOAM-IN-PLACE

Our Foam-in-Place* technology is a two-component room-temperature curing epoxy structural adhesive or sealing material that maintains adhesion to a variety of composite materials without surface preparation and protects substrates when exposed to environmental conditions. L&L’s Foam-in-Place allows for reduced labor and cycle times due to its automated dispensing and robotic application.

For more information on Foam in Place, please contact Eren Hursit.

L&L Reinforce

Foaming Core Technology

Foaming Core Technology* is a development technology utilizing an induction heated tool to manufacture foam core structure parts quickly. This new approach to making composite panels allows customers to create a net shape part that is lightweight, strong and with varying 3D shape – everything in one simple clean process.

Continuous Composite Systems™

Continuous Composite Systems™ (CCS™) are continuous fiber-reinforced composite materials that can be used as a carrier when combined with our highly engineered sealants and/or structural adhesives. They are constant cross-section profiles, designed to provide strength, stiffness, and rigidity to a lightweight structure.

For more information on CCS™, please contact Hank Richardson.

Composite Body Solutions™

Proven at most major automotive OEMs, L&L’s Composite Body Solutions™ (L&L CBS™) reinforcements commonly consist of a formulated foaming structural adhesive developed by L&L combined with a thermoplastic carrier. One key attribute is localized reinforcement. By putting the solution only where necessary results in lighter and better optimized structures.

For more information on CBS™, please contact Hank Richardson.
